Fort Bliss Blessing | July 2025

Cherry Hills family, we’re excited to launch a brand-new mission opportunity called “Fort Bliss Blessing”—a chance to come alongside the brave men and women who serve our country and remind them they’re not forgotten.

In partnership with Fort Bliss Military Base, we’ll be collecting and distributing laundry bags filled with much-needed items specifically requested by soldiers returning from overseas deployment. These men and women have given so much for our freedom, and we want to show them the love of Jesus in a tangible, personal way.

Here’s how it works:

1. Pick up a laundry bag after service in the lobby on June 29 or July 6.
2. Take it home and fill it with the provided list of items.
3. Return your filled bag. You can drop them off in the lobby on July 6 or 13.

We’re coordinating this effort around July 4—a time when we celebrate our freedom as a nation. As a church that deeply values our military community, this is our way of saying, “We see you. We thank you. We’re with you.”
