Widow’s Walk: From We to Me is an intensive grief support group for women who have experienced the loss of their husband. The Widow’s Walk curriculum speaks to the Spiritual, Emotional, Physiological aspects and processing of a widow’s unique grief. This program is formatted as a 10-week grief in-person support group. Christina Bortz, LPC and her sister, Dr. Melissa Hopper, Psy.D. are the co-authors of the curriculum, and it is written from first-hand perspective of a widow and her sister.
