Reservations
Each wedding experience at Cherry Hills Community Church includes the appropriate reserved space suited for your occasion, personal guidance from our wedding event coordinator, helpful amenities to complement your celebration and high quality equipment to support your event.
Cherry Hills Community Church welcomes wedding inquiries from interested couples, regardless of church membership. As you consider the opportunities here, please note the following reservation guidelines:

Date Selection

Wedding reservations are most commonly requested for Saturdays during the peak season, with a one-hour ceremony rehearsal the night before. Saturday weddings may be scheduled for 1:00 or 5:00 p.m. only. Friday wedding ceremony requests will be considered during off peak season

Wedding reservations may be requested on three-day weekends, with the understanding that major holidays may affect the availability of pastors and event coordinators

Wedding reservations may be requested for weekdays during the months of June, July and August

Wedding reservations are not available on Sundays.

Other Considerations

Special rates apply to those who are recorded as official church members at Cherry Hills.

Reservations may be placed 12 months in advance, with the allowance of 18 months in advance for Cherry Hills members

We ask that you agree to two special considerations described in the Foundations section on the our website.
