What You Can Do…
Begin praying now about your overall financial picture and the total amount you can give toward Take a Seat: Our Worship Center Restoration.
The goal of our Take a Seat: Our Worship Center Restoration is $2.5 million. Every donation will help complete not only the restoration of a seat, but will also help renew carpet, paint, lighting, window coverings, sound and video systems….all the components that enhance our worship experience.
Another Perspective
To help give some perspective to our $2.5 million goal, consider this:If each person who sits in one of our 3,531 Worship Center seats, gives an additional $13.61 each week or $708 this year, we will reach our goal in October 2011, as planned.
In comparison, think of what we are willing to spend, on average, for tickets in other venues:
- Denver Center for the Performing Arts: $50.00
- Avalanche Game: $75.00
- Movie ticket: $10.00
- Concert ticket at Red Rocks: $80.00
- University of Colorado Buffalos Football Ticket: $100.00
But we’re not talking about seats in a ballpark or in a concert hall. We’re talking about our seats – in this house of God. Seats where people come together to draw closer to one another and to Jesus.
It All Adds Up
A
faithful weekly or monthly gift would add up significantly over the
next 12 months. Or a special one-of-a-kind gift would be a tremendous
blessing too.
The Take a Seat
campaign includes a firm 12 month pledge period, therefore, we kindly
request all gifts are fulfilled by October 31, 2011.
 As
an expression of our gratitude, we are pleased to give you a copy of
our Take a Seat CD.
This CD has been specially recorded by our vocalists and instrumentalists as a way to say thank you from our church for the faithfulness in participating in this campaign and for helping to provide the tools for future worship and ministry to take place in the next fifteen years.
