Welcome.

We're glad you're exploring Cherry Hills Community Church. We hope you'll join us for Sunday services:

9:00 and 10:45 a.m. – Main services in the worship center, plus classes for all ages
7:30 a.m. – Early service in The Chapel

Below is a quick tour of what you can expect on any given Sunday. But first we have a simple suggestion: come as you are. Our congregation includes people from a variety of backgrounds and faith traditions. All are welcome here. And, on a practical level, wear what feels comfortable to you.

What Services Are Like

Each Sunday service features the same message—most often by Dr. Jim Dixon, our senior pastor. Every few weeks we'll hear from one of the other men or women who serve as pastors at Cherry Hills, or guest speakers who live out their faith in all walks of life: authors, sports figures, business leaders, missions advocates and more.

On Sundays, we also have the opportunity to engage the soul and the senses through music and the arts. In the main services our large choir, vocal team and band lead us in exploring styles from gospel to classical, rock to traditional. We also enjoy video imagery, dance, reader's theater and other creative expressions that offer refreshing ways to connect with God.

The Chapel service provides an earlier and more intimate alternative with acoustic hymns and a blend of praise songs led by a small vocal and instrumental ensemble.

Getting Here

Before you come, you may wish to review our map and directions. We recommend that you come to our official front door at 3900 Grace Boulevard, although we have a secondary entrance off Fairview Parkway.

Designated visitor parking spaces are located in the main lot off Grace Boulevard, right along the driveway. As our guest, please feel free to park here.

We suggest arriving 15-20 minutes before the service start time so one of our greeters can help you find your way to service or classrooms.

If attending a main service in our worship center, you’ll want to enter through the large brick building through the main doors under the white cross tower. Our Chapel is the separate stone building nearby.

If You Have Kids

For Sunday classes from nursery through senior high, please use the ministry center entrance (it doesn't have a cross tower). You'll see other families entering there too, and greeters can help direct you.

At the information desk inside this lobby, a Grace Place children’s ministry volunteer will promptly check-in your kids and provide appropriate classroom locations.

If you have junior or senior high students, a greeter will direct you to our gym where our Liquid student ministry gathers at 10:45 a.m.

In addition, we offer various Sunday classes for adults. These smaller communities are based on shared interests and life experiences. Feel free to visit a class any time.

When You're Ready

We recognize that you may want to check us out anonymously -- and that's OK. Just know that when you're ready, we look forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have.

Please drop by the information desk located just inside the main lobby entrance. We'd love to give you a copy of our welcome brochure that describes the ministries and beliefs of this congregation.

If you'd like, we can also provide a few tips on which classes or groups would match your needs or interests. Don't hesitate to ask us if you'd like assistance in contacting a pastor or prayer team member.

Learn & Connect

Our members say all the time that getting involved is what finally makes Cherry Hills feel like home.

In addition to our web site, we publish an Essentials card every Sunday and a Connections booklet every month. These resources contain timely listings of the events, classes and other programs available to you at Cherry Hills.

Around the main lobby and commons you'll see booths and tables representing various ministries so you can explore options, meet those involved and sign up for anything you'd like to try.

Extras to Enjoy

If you need a place to collect your thoughts or meet up with a friend, we invite you to enjoy your favorite Starbucks beverage at our Wild Blue Coffee shop. Wild Blue is located at the far north end of our building, across from The Chapel. It's open Sunday mornings and throughout the week.

For Bibles or books to encourage your spiritual life, we welcome you to visit our Inklings Bookstore, located beside the main entrance off Grace Boulevard. Inklings also offers a variety of music, inspiring gifts and cards and is happy to help with special orders or gift wrapping. The bookstore is open Sunday mornings and weekdays.

All proceeds from Wild Blue and Inklings support the various ministries of our church.
