The purpose of the Mobilization & Member Care team is to assist the Missions & Outreach department and leadership teams in fulfilling its mission, goals and values.

Missionary Candidacy Program
In Matthew 28:19, Jesus tells all of his disciples (including us), to “go and make disciples of all nations”.
At Cherry Hills, we take that command very seriously as we seek to raise up, train and support our members who are called by God to this exciting task of bringing God’s grace, mercy, forgiveness and salvation to those that don’t know Jesus.
Our “GO” PROGRAM is designed to help each member discern if God is leading them into full time cross cultural service and to help train and prepare them for the specific ministry they will do, as we look at their character (who they are) and their competencies (what they can do)
A key element in this process is the “GO” MENTOR. Mentors act as friend, coach, encourager, helper, prayer warrior and guide to help the “GO” CANDIDATE maneuver through the path of preparation towards ministry on the mission field.
Member Care
Through our SERVE TEAM we take a holistic approach to ensure that individuals ministering under the Missions & Outreach program umbrella will be cared for in a consistent and sensitive manner. We seek to be proactive as well as reactive to the variety of needs missionaries have, socially, emotionally, financially, physically and spiritually. Our care extends to them while they are preparing for the missions field, while they are on the filed and when they return from the field.
