Serving with WorldVenture in Mozambique

Meet the Schmidt Family

Rodger and Lynne, along with their two boys, Andrew and Stephen, live and serve in Maputo, Mozambique with WorldVenture. They mentor young Mozambican leaders for a life of mission through practical ministry experience, leadership skill development, soul care and employment for a sustainable future.

They also seek to come alongside the Mozambiquan people by responding to the felt needs of the community (i.e. Dental Clinic at local school, English homework). They help establish new churches in the area and help equip the leaders of those churches. They also run an internship program that helps future pastors and community leaders get the training that they need.
