As U.S. Ministries Administrator, Keri Brehm leads the U.S. Ministries volunteer team on various projects within the church as well as in partnership with para-church organizations to influence our culture in the areas of government, media/entertainment, education and social issues. Sub-teams under the umbrella of U.S. Ministries are Homecomings Adoption ministry, Pray and Support Our Troops, and the Citizen Project, a web-based resource for becoming a more involved citizen.

Keri has a B.A. in psychology and biblical studies from Colorado Christian University and holds an elementary teaching license from MetropolitanState University in Denver. “My father was a preacher, and I grew up in the church,” Keri says. “When I was five, he prayed with me to accept Jesus as my savior.” It wasn’t until age 14 that she fully grasped what that meant. “Then I prayed again for Christ to enter my life,” Keri says. “I was baptized that year as well.”

As an adult, Keri prayed that the Lord would use her. “I wasn’t sure where that would be,” she says. She became active in social issues and legislation locally, and learned that she has a passion in particular for the sanctity of life issue as well as helping educate people about our nation's Christian heritage.  A position opened up in 2006 that involves mobilizing church members to change our culture for Christ, becoming “salt and light” on the difficult issues of our day -- this is one of the visions that Senior Pastor Jim Dixon has for our church.

"The world seems like a scary place many times, especially now, but I believe that God doesn't want us to throw up our hands in discouragement.  Now is the time for new awakening and revival.  In our Nation's history, when things seemed the most desperate - time and again our founders turned to the Lord for repentance and mercy, and God answered their plea and came to their aid.  It's time for our community and nation to turn back to Him once again - this is my constant prayer."

Keri’s interests include biking, swimming, raising her two daughters, music - especially singing in the church choir, and reading books about history and culture.  She is not sure what her spiritual gift is, but thinks she has discernment when it comes to bringing people together on difficult topics.  She really appreciates Jim Dixon's approach to balancing truth and grace on the moral issues our day.
