Your marriage is much more than a union between you and your spouse. It is a spiritual discipline ideally suited to help you know God more fully and intimately.

Sacred Marriage shifts the focus from marital enrichment to spiritual enrichment in ways that can help you love your mate more. Whether it is delightful or difficult, your marriage can become a doorway to a closer walk with God.

This six-session small group DVD curriculum and discussion will equip you to love God more passionately, reflect the nature of his Son more precisely, and fulfill God's overarching purpose for your marriage.

Class requirements:

• Married couples only and per-marital couples.
  
• Regular attendance (able to attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions).
• Small group interaction.
• Come prepared – having read the assigned chapter(s); purchase Sacred Marriage, by Gary Thomas (available at Inklings Bookstore for $13.39).

This small group experience is designed to help both engaged couples and couples contemplating marriage strengthen their connection with God by living out their loving commitment in the marriage relationship. Participants will take an online assessment and receive personalized results over eight major individual and relational areas. In seven sessions, couples will learn and discuss evidence-based relationship skills and insight to develop meaningful, practical ways for building a strong intimate marriage that honors God and fosters individual and couple spiritual formation and growth.

Participation in this class fulfills the premarital counseling requirement for marriage at Cherry Hills Community Church.

Cost

Cost is $80 per couple. Once you have completed the registration we will then follow-up with you regarding the Prepare online inventory you and your fiance will need to complete before the class.
