Leadership In Action is dedicated to building a better kingdom of Christian leaders who are growing spiritually in all facets of our lives. Based on the material presented at the recent Global Leadership Summit, participants are encouraged to collaborate on leadership principles that apply in today's business, church and non-profit organization.

Roundtable is facilitated by Audrey McLeod. Audrey is a Business Development Strategist and runs her own company, Success Connection Group. Known for her “thinking out of the box” solutions, Audrey has over 30 years of business experience beginning as a file clerk and “climbing the ladder” to the corporate board room to entrepreneur.

Her diverse background in finance, human resource recruiting, operations, purchasing, sales and marketing in companies ranging from the small business to fortune 100 offers a definite advantage in understanding the challenges of today’s business professional.

As a natural leader, innovator and competent strategist, she has the unique ability to pull out the best in people and capitalize on their strengths.
