Whether you give smaller gifts on a regular weekly or monthly basis—or perhaps one or two larger gifts each year—we'll keep your account accurate and up-to-date.

Confidential Records

Donations made to Cherry Hills Community Church are kept confidential. We believe giving is a matter to be prayerfully decided between you and God.

Gift Receipts

To provide a timely summary of your giving account, Cherry Hills Community Church sends gift receipt statements by postal mail. Partial statements are mailed in April and October for the current year. A full annual statement is mailed in January for the preceding calendar year. Please save your annual statement as your receipt for tax purposes.

Additional thank-you letters or receipt statements may also be sent to you if you contribute to a special ministry project.

If you have an online giving login with Cherry Hills Community Church, you may view your giving account for the current and prior calendar years. Your record will show donations you have made online as well as by other giving methods.

Sunday Offering

If you would like your Sunday offering to be recorded to your giving account and reflected on your tax receipt statements, please make sure that your check or cash is accompanied by your name and address information.

Donation Envelopes

Upon request, we are happy to provide donation envelopes for your convenience in making gifts by mail or in the Sunday offering. Just let us know how many envelopes you would like to receive (i.e. 52 for weekly gifts, 26 for bi-weekly gifts or 12 for monthly gifts).

Direct Debit

Please contact us if you'd like to set up monthly giving by direct debit to your checking or savings account. This convenient option helps ensure that you fulfill your intention to give all year long.
