Ann’s comprehensive HR background includes HR Business Partner, Sr. HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Training, Recruitment and Retention, Management Development, Performance Consulting, Strategic Planning, Succession Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Career Development, Instructional Design and Distance Learning. Ann has her B.Ed, M.Ed, and SPHR certification. An adjunct faculty member at Regis University, Ann facilitates both classroom-based and online courses.

He has worked with the State of Colorado Dept. of Labor and Employment, he has worked for the Federal Government - TSA; he has worked as a staffing manager with a software company, and as a Sr. Technical Recruiter with USWEST/Qwest Advanced Technology, to name a few.  Peter runs his own Recruiting Consulting firm PIH CONSULTING for the last ten+ years, working in the Aerospace/DOD, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Accounting/Finance, High Tech and Healthcare Industries.
