Shared Services Director, CFO

This is a full-time management position also serving as a member of the Executive Team.

Cherry Hills Community Church (CHCC) has been experiencing dramatic accelerated growth. The Senior Pastor and Executive Team are looking for a mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and process-minded leader with experience scaling an organization, leading at an executive level, and developing a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals. The Shared Services Director (SSD) must be a leader who is able to help others at CHCC deliver measurable, cost-effective results that make the vision a reality. Importantly, the successful SSD will have the skills, sensitivity, and personal confidence to tap into the power that each member of the team brings to this mission. Reporting to the Senior Pastor and serving as an integral member of the senior executive team, the Shared Services Director will be responsible for development, leadership, and management of all shared services within the church and school including but not limited to our front line Guest Ministries, facilities, operations, trades, communication, IT, accounting, Inklings Book Store, and Wild Blue Coffee. The SSD will be responsible for the development of Cherry Hills Community Church’s financial management strategy and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. In addition to the strategic components, the SSD will be charged with developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and procedures both in the finance and general operational realms. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong leader, effective manager, and finance executive with operational experience and a proven track record of creative problem-solving and change management to join in a high-growth, mission-driven organization.
